Physical Therapy: 

Detailed evaluations and customized treatment plans designed to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and pain management.

Occupational Therapy: 

Thorough assessments and tailored interventions, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications, to boost functional abilities and independence in daily activities.

Speech Therapy: 

Comprehensive evaluation and treatment for speech-language and cognitive disorders, as well as swallowing difficulties.

Onsite Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES): 

Onsite instrumental swallow assessment provides a real-time evaluation of swallowing abilities, reducing the need for costly alternatives like NG tubes or PEGs. By assessing swallowing skills directly, we can make precise diet recommendations and implement necessary compensatory strategies. Onsite FEES also cuts the expenses associated with outpatient assessments for transitioning patients to oral diets. 

Student training program: 

We partner with PT, OT, and ST universities to bring skilled graduate students into our rehabilitation
department. This collaboration not only enhances our services but also supports the community by offering students valuable educational experiences during their final clinical rotations. Under the supervision of licensed therapists, these graduate students will conduct group and concurrent therapies, contributing to improved care for our residents RNA programs and continuing education to broaden knowledge regarding passive ROM and mobility Therapy.

Audits: 

We are well prepared to provide hands-on assistance to the administrative team with new, old, and current audits. 

Meetings: 

Our team will be available to attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to discuss treatment plans, progress, staffing, and program enhancements.

EMR: 

We choose HealthNet to be our electronic medical record system. Staff EMR related training will be provided as needed.
