Position Overview: 

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Embrace Progressive Therapy Inc. seeks a dedicated Senior Physical Therapist to join Mary Health of the Sick Nursing Home rehabilitation team.

As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and treating the residents, helping them regain mobility, strength, and independence. You will also have the opportunity to supervise the rehab staff, ensuring the highest quality of care for the residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess residents' physical abilities and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address residents' functional limitations.
• Provide hands-on therapy and guidance to residents during treatment sessions.
• Supervise rehab staff, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans for residents.
• Attend facility and rehab meetings to discuss resident progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on geriatric care.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and mentor staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
